All products that starts or contains SO or special order are special order and may take longer than 60 days to ship. Customer is responsible to contact customer service for all special orders. If an item is not labelled special order (SO) and was discovered after purchase, a consultant will reach out to customer with such information before processing the order and without permission from the customer, the order will be cancelled without further notice. Certain products may not be in stock, in which case your money will be refunded or an equivalent product will be supplied with your permission.
